So I've been trying this vegetarian thing for a few days now. I already kinda messed it up yesterday at a Thai restaurant, but I had to try it anyway. I grew up vegetarian, but I'm starting to think I might be better off that way now that I'm older. As soon as I ate meat I felt like crap and gained weight so fast, but I never stopped either. It's easier nowadays to just to eat whatever's cheap and available but it's really not good in the long run. Hopefully I can reverse some of the damage.
